2016 Flagstaff MAC pop-up. Empty weight 1553 pounds. Fully opened 20' long inside. 14' towing length. The camper is in good condition. No mechanical issues. Electric winch to raise up and down. New battery as of this year. King bed, Queen Bed and the table coverts into a bed as well. The canvas is in excellent shape. Looks new. The interior is in good/excellent condition. 3 way fridge (12v, 110v and propane). Furnace with fan, sink with 10 gallon water tank and electric pump, 2 burner stove that is movable (in doors or It attaches to the exterior of the camper). Heated mattress pads. The exterior is in good condition. No leaks! The fiberglass is slightly faded and some of the decals could probably be replaced. No cracking or delimitation. All in all in good condition and above average for a 10 year old camper.
