The RV is a 2025 Forest River, River Ranch. Here are a few of the upgrades and options it has. We have spent over $20k on the warranties and upgrades above the base unit price. We have had it a little less than a year and have worked out all the bugs under factory warranty so it is ready to go and use. We are only selling it because we also have a 45' class A diesel pusher and I am remolding it and once it is done we will be traveling with that.

Generator (LP) 5.5 kW
GE combo Washer/Dryer full size 4.8 cf Ventless only 120v and 10 amps.
4 LiOn 12v DC batteries 17 kWh of total 12V system storage

Separately we are willing to do a package for the 2024 Ram 3500 Limited Longhorn Truck and 2025 trailer all set up ready to go. We have done many upgrades on both. Call me to talk about all of the upgrades we have done to both. This RV is turn key and we have worked out all the kinks we can find so it is set up and ready to roll and enjoy! RV still under balance of manufacturer warranty until June 2026. I have many years with RV of many kinds and happy to answer questions before and after purchase.

The truck is a 2024 Ram 3500 Crew Cab Long Box 4x4 Dually. The truck has 142k miles. I bought it with 125k less than a year old. The first owner was a hot shooter and put on 125k miles in 11 months. We have used it normally since and taken 1 trip to MN from FL with it and it towed great!

The window sticker for the truck is one of the pictures. Here is a short list of additions to the truck on top of the factory options.

7,500 lb rear air bags to level truck with RV attached for much better ride. Independent air valves on each air bag for custom control.
