* 10 Gallon gas/electric hot water heater with interior switch (currently valued at $240)

* Upgraded satellite system (currently valued at $700)

* Power hitch jack and scissor manual leveling jacks (2 brand new ones) (currently valued at $260)

* Spare tire & carrier (currently valued at $170)

* Welded stabilizer and tow hitch (currently valued at $850)

Aftermarket upgrades/changes:

* Original locks replaced with unique keys - and it comes with a ton of keys.

* Original booth and ugly cloth couch replaced with a suede couch/twin bed combo, side table with A/C and USB power, and a bakers' rack with A/C and USB power for extended kitchen storage

* Original ugly cloth chairs replaced with an easily removable huge desk and more storage

* Original tiny 28" TV replaced with a 42" Smart HDTV on a swivel mount
