The only reason I am selling is because I upgraded to a bigger one for my family and I. Never had any mechanical issues since we owned it and oil no leaks. I am its 3rd private owner for the last 5 years and it has a little over 79,000 miles on it. When we bought it from the previous owner, the odometer was broke & read 51,000 miles. The previous owner bought the part to repair the odometer and sold it to us. We drove it like that from Macon Ga. to Windsor S.C. where we then repaired the odometer so the mileage is off a little. The oil change was always done where I would do it myself or take it to be done. The transmission flush, tune up with all the coils replaced was done around 60,000 miles as preventative maintenance. A coolant flush was done at about 72,000 miles. The oil change to the van and the generator was just done before putting it for sale. Custom heavy duty positive & negative cables have been replaced from the battery to the starter, so no slow sludge start up from factory. The van battery and camper battery been replaced about two years ago. I had a Viper keyless entry with alarm and remote start installed. All windows are tinted, has new LED headlights, and tires have about 60% of life left. The van has adjustable rear airbag suspension. It is equipped with an Onan microsite 2800 generator with a 3-way fridge, stove top, kitchen sink, new microwave, bath/shower, toilet, closet, 1 TV, 1 DVD player and an overhead bunk with extension. A tool chest was added along with a new extension power cable and overall has always been well maintained.

Couple problems are that Awning support legs need to be held with clamps when put together (clamps included) and when pressure washed, a leak forms on one of the back doors. Those pictures have been included.
