HISTORY OF THIS RV HOME:

This large destination trailer was brought to Leisure Lane RV Resort as a brand-new unit purchased from Demontrond RV of Spring, TX in June of 2024. As a new unit it was only moved one time from the dealership with a large commercial truck on flat roads. On delivery it was leveled using blocks, triangle supports and the factory jacks. We took great care and time to look over the undercarriage and seal all potential entry points with spray foam and silicon to prevent possible water damage and bug invasions. We have consistently taken time to treat for pests in the yard, around the unit and along supports and hoses. The resort does provide landscaping maintenance but we also mow and have kept the yard looking nice between landscaping and will pass the mower to the buyer if they want to move into the community. Having wooden stairs and an entry landing really give a homey feeling and make it easy for foot traffic or moving items in and out.

ADDED BENEFITS TO MOVING INTO THIS LOCATION:

Leisure Lane Magnolia has been a wonderful place to live. Its tucked away from 1488 with a private gated entry and is very safe. Kids play together, parents look out for one another, and the office brings in food trucks and sends a monthly newsletter with events. Start your mornings by opening your automatic blinds with a button and enjoying a peaceful water view framed by mature oak trees . Subtropical birds land in the branches, squirrels play near the pond, and turtles sun along the shore. Evenings are quiet, filled only with soft nature sounds. The office allows large decks, and neighbors have built them. You can bring your own plan for approval, and some residents even use their units for VRBO/Airbnb to generate income.
