What a wonderful model. I purchased the Brinkley last January with the expectation I would continue to work remotely. The electric ergonomic desk was/is perfect for anyone who is working remotely or has a hobby that requires its own space. Unfortunately, my company changed its remote policy and I had to return to work. This camper is too big and too nice for quick weekend trips. In turn, I am selling. It is important to note - this camper has only been used 3 times and when it isn't in use, it along with my 2025 Ford F350 Diesel Dually are garaged.

If you are a new camper owner, you'll learn that all campers leave the manufacture with issues and problems. I am a meticulous person and take great pride in taking care of my personal belongings. As I discovered issues or needed fixes - I scheduled dealership appointments and insisted all things to be completely fixed. This meant leaving the camper at the dealorship for nearly 3 months. If you are considering this camper, you should know that it is truly ready for full time camping and it comes with a 3 year warranty (value $6k). If you don't want the extended warranty - will drop the price 6k.

Just a few months ago, I had a vent installed for the bedroom washer and drying hook up. Surprisingly, they do not come standard. If you are interested in having a new Washer/Dryer installed - I can arrange to have it taken care of prior to closing the deal. I was quoted $2,600 and it includes installation for the Splendid model. It was going to be my next purchase for the camper.

The camper is pre-conditioned for a generator. It would be approximately 6k. Again, if you would like it to be installed prior to closing the deal - I can arrange it. It too was next on my list of things to do. I was looking forward to boon docking.

The camper will also come with a Starlink antenna along with a carrying back and the necessary parts/pieces.

The 5th hitch was converted to a GenY Gooseneck hitch. It is awesome for pulling the camper.

Also, we have new pots and pans (T-Fal) - $60; Corelle 8 settings - $60; Oneida flatware set service for 8 (new) - $50; 2 Brown footstool Poufs - $30; used Blacktone - $75; various storage tubs for the basement - make offer; and other items for the kitchen - if interested, will negotiate. A new extension ladder - $150. If interested, we have a used generator and tow rack that is negotiable.

As mentioned above, I do have a 2025 F-350 Lariate diesel Dually (Glacier Gray- 8' bed) with only 5,500k miles. It pulls the camper like a dream. I had a regular gas F350 and it seemed to struggle going up and down big hills. I love the truck and the way it rides. I am open to selling it along with the camper. Best thing about owning a diesel - you can refuel with the big boys & girls by bi-passing the nail biting needed to pull into the unleaded side. The truck has been meticulously cared for with the hopes of keeping it long term. It is 5th wheel prepped and has had a few modifications - sprayed in bed liner ($1,500), a bed hardtop roll topper that locks with an additional hardtop for extra parts ($1,500) , All Weather floor mats, mud guards and professional undercoating to prevent rust ($1,500). The truck also has an extension for the GenY Gooseneck which allows you to have a 90 degree turning capacity. The truck is loaded and in like new condition. If you are interested - just ask for details. Starting at 85k and worth every penny.
