The RV has been stored in either climate controlled indoor storage or Covered Outdoor storage for its entire lifespan. All recalls were completed by Tiffin and Mercedes. All maintenance records are included. We have recently replaced every meaningful part associated with the mechanical steps used for entering and exiting the RV (step motor and controller) as well as replaced the switch for the electric awning and the door to the microwave. The turbo diesel Mercedes engine gives you lots of power without compromising gas mileage. Included are two pictures of the only minor cosmetic damage. The stove in the kitchen has only been used to boil water. Snap pads have been added to the automatic leveling system. The sprinter has a reverse camera and an aftermarket constant rear camera is also included with windshield mounted screen.

This is a very functional and convenient floorplan. The bedroom as well as the bathroom can be fully privatized utilizing the two bathroom doors.

The RV is equipped with a tankless propane hot water heater so you will never run out of hot water. The AC unit runs on shore power as well as the ONBOARD cummins generator that runs off of the main fuel line. You have two options for heat, either electric heat pump or propane furnace with duct work and vent ports. We fully winterize it every freeze season by running RV antifreeze throughout the plumbing. The THREE TVs run on antenna, cable or HDMI input so you can stream via your Roku or firestick. THREE WAY fridge that runs on propane, shore power electricity or house batteries with the included inverter. The house batteries have always been maintained with shore power throughout its life in storage and were replaced in 2024. Large pass through storage compartment for chairs, fishing poles and rugs. Lots of metal door sealed outdoor storage running down the length of both sides of the RV. As seen in the pics, master bedroom can be used as two twins or a KING bed. Sleeps two in the master, two in the bunk over the cab and then we lay a twin mattress on the floor with the slide extended in order to accommodate two adult couples when needed.
