I just install a maxair fan with remote in the bathroom the water heater is electric and gas the front air conditioner is also a heat pump.this unit is considered halfton towable I pulled it to California last October with my 2018 f150 king ranch with a 3.5 ecoboost and it pulled great I also just put in a new power converter. I am selling because I have bought a larger one.It has a transferable warranty valid until 6/15/2027 upon registration of new owner and a $75.00 transfer fee.
