• 2007 REVOLUTION LE 40E

We are leaving the state at the end of April and need to sell this by then. You were looking at a 2007 Fleetwood Revolution 40 E, 400 hp diesel pusher. This is the much desired one and a half bathroom model that has the side radiator and is on the Spartan chassis. This is a top-of-the-line Rv Ann was $260,000 when new in 2007. The RV is road ready. The previous owner added a $5000 solar system. The tires were manufactured in late 2020. They have 80 to 90% tread left and zero signs of cracking or dry rot. both the engine and transmission. Perfectly. The engine only has 67,000 miles on it. The generator fires up first time and its super quiet. This is a very nice RV overall, but of course it is almost 20 years old so it does have a few things that could use repair and need to mentioning. One of the air ride bags has a small leak in it which does not affect the performance it just takes it longer to build up when you start the vehicle. These can be replaced at any service center that works on semis and usually runs about $200 to have it replaced. there is a slight leak in one of the hydraulic leveling lifts, which again does not affect anything, but you do have to add some fluid from time to time. The two biggest things would be the windshield which is cracked and doesnt need replaced. I have gotten an estimates as low as $1700 for the windshield. And lastly, the driver side awning was damaged in a windstorm so the previous owners had that removed and never replaced it. there are small cosmetic issues here and there, but the two main ones are as follows. This RV was used in Arizona so it does have some paint damage, especially along the top edges and the front and back edges. Nothing major but the clearcoat is affected in these areas. The other is the back of the captains chairs which the previous owner had left their cat in the RV and Claude at the back of the seats. This could be repaired, but its just cosmetic.
