TONS OF EXTRAS INCLUDED! This 2022 Grand Design Reflection 31MB is a high-quality fifth wheel that is in excellent condition, gently used and well-maintained. It has been kept in covered storage for the majority of its days. It was recently inspected (including roof) and found to be in great shape. We love this camper and are only selling due to a change in life circumstances (expecting twins!). We are including everything you would need to start camping right away, including:

-50 Amp power cord with adapters for 110V and 30 Amp service

-Power Watchdog 50 Amp surge protector (purchased 2025 and only used twice!)

-Bike rack with keys

-All manuals from original sale

This camper features a mid-bunk layout, and the top bunk has been expanded and reinforced to accommodate a larger mattress (all mattresses covered and included). It also has a solar panel installed on the roof!

We love the comfortable seating options; large windows that let in plenty of light; spacious layout with multiple slides; and plenty of interior and exterior storage spaces. It features a touchscreen control panel, high-end audiovisual system, and cozy fireplace. It also features Arctic Insulation and dual air conditioning systems. We love this camper and hope it will be enjoyed by the next owner for many years to come!
