We love the easy beach access, private shower, personal laundry and coziness of the camper! The enormous open loft allows for three twin mattresses and play room! The bedroom has 2 wardrobes with 9 drawers and additional cabinets! The mattress pictured is the clean, original queen mattress. The kitchen also has much storage and functionality.

The massive deck is grandfathered in (NC laws dont allow you to build them like this anymore) and offers plenty of space for entertaining or lounging with a large family. The cedar shower shed is an unmatched luxury. The warm water outside shower after a day at the beach is definitely desirable. The shed offers ample storage, a black & decker washer and brand new dryer with warranties.

All furniture (new mattress in bedroom), decor and electronics shown in photographs are included. Any other items such as dishes, twin matresses, beach chairs, surf board, boogie boards and beach accessories, or any belongings not pictured are not included but can be requested to be left behind following purchase.

Lot rent includes trash pick up and water usage. Electric runs between $6-$50/month. Background check is done by EI RV Resort and paid for by the applicant $25 per applicant. $2500 transfer fee will be paid by the seller.
