We purchased this camper and have only used it a handful of times. It is in excellent condition, needs nothing and has been called the King of Pop-ups. The only reason for selling it is because the family has decided they would rather have a boat to ski and tube, and we can't really afford both. Tires are like new and everything works as new. Canvas is in pristine condition as well and this unit is garage kept and has been washed after every use. All required accessories will be included so you can pick it up and literally go camping without even a stop at the store (besides for food). It is almost 28' long with a King and Queen beds with heated mattresses, jackknife couch (small bed) and the U-shaped dinette that converts to a larger bed. Dual propane tanks. Easy to tow with a standard mid-size truck (we have a V6 Toyota Tacoma) and doesn't need sway bars or the extra equipment larger units need to tow. Fits in our 3rd garage space so easy to store as well.

Power lift roof plus a power tongue-jack for ease of set-up. Solar panels for off grid charging and power source. Wi-Fi converter and Bluetooth compatible. Never smoked in, pet free and we have not used the black (sewer) tank because we always use the comfort stations, so no odors whatsoever! The unit looks great and smells new with absolutely no rips or tears in the canvas or screens and windows.

Retailed for over $31,000 and only 1.75 years old. Don't buy new when you can buy one gently used and save a ton of money!
