Here is a nice bunkhouse that is as close to new as you can get.  It is a 2023 Dutchmen Coleman Lantern 17B.  It technically can sleep 6 people.  There is a queen size bed up front, the dinette folds into a place for 2 kids, and there are 2 bunk beds in the rear.  It has a bathroom in the rear with a shower and a toilet.  It has a 2 burner cooktop, residential A/C (makes it inexpensive to replace or repair if it breaks), 12V fridge that works as you go down the road, a fireplace that cranks out heat to warm the unit, and a kitchen sink with plenty of storage. It has a 27 gallon fresh tank, 28 gallon gray tank, and a 28 gallon black tank.  This thing is very lightweight and pulls nicely with a half ton truck. without load stabilization or sway control.  None of that is needed.  This is ready to take outdoors!
