Two years ago, we bought our 2023 Pleasure-Way Plateau TS. We were retired and bought it planning to travel to all the National Parks in the US. Shortly after purchasing, plans changed. I started (and closed) a small business. Now, I am re-entering the workforce and will be working full time. Unfortunately, this means we won't have much time in the next 3-5 years to use our van.

We have taken two extended trips in the van and a few overnight trips to the Oregon Coast. The van drives like a dream and is so comfortable. The van only has 8,507 miles and is in great condition. It was winterized every year and stored in a covered space during the winter months.

The van has all the features of the Plateau TS with all options. I think the generator has less than 9 hours. We just had the oil changed a few weeks ago with full synthetic according to manufacturer's standards. Everything works great. I have videos of solar charging and shore power from this week which I am happy to share.

I will include the Yakima EXO Swingbase and Gear Locker. It was super handy on our trips. We will also include all the gear we bought (storage baskets, etc.) with a sale. We also have Beech Lane leveling blocks.

The value estimate on GoodSam is $141,500 but it doesn't allow mileage input so I know at this price it would be a good value with only 8,500 miles. I am open to (non-low ball) offers.
