We special ordered this beautiful DRV Elite Suites from Rollings Retreats in Elk City, Oklahoma and took delivery in May 2023. Before we picked it up Rolling Retreats installed Flex Armor Roof, cheap heat, and soft starts on all 3 A/Cs along with their predelivery check list. This has an Elite Suites package with quartz countertops, Power MCD roller shades, Dyson vacuum, King Sleep Number bed, special Elite Suites full body paint with window silks, fiberglass fender skirts and ASA In-Command system. We have had the exterior coated with Bob Moses Ceramic Coating. Some of the options we added are an Onan 5500 Marquis Gold generator that runs on propane, 3000W Inverter, surge protector, Splendide Washer and Dryer, safe, extra awning over dinette slide, Winegard satellite for Dish Network, and many more that you can see in the pictures of the paperwork. The original Insignia stove/oven has been replaced with a GE stove/oven. The inverter and batteries were replaced under warranty in June 2024, so only 1 year old. My husband and I lived in it full time until he passed away last year, then I stayed in it until June of this year. It was towed only about 5000 miles without any issues. It is in excellent condition. We/I have taken great care of it. This RV has been a great home away from home. It is located in Surprise AZ. Delivery is negotiable.
