120xxx miles. Prior owner put a new transmission around 95000 miles.

650-ish hours on the Onan generator. Its been solid so far.

AC and heat work great in both the vehicle half and the house half.

Surprisingly good mileage at 15mpg-ish

Good tire tread, recently rotated. Recent oil change, too.

All systems work (fridge, freezer, water pump, hot water heater, stove, sinks, toilet, shower, slide out and automatic step)

No roof or floor leaks.

Has a motorcycle hitch carrier, 600# rating.

Were downsizing to no RV, so it will come with a couple hundred bucks of household goods and RV accessories to get you started.

Easy driving to reposition on a trip daily, but also comfy as a long term liveaboard. It's a good rig for first timers.

I removed the RV sofa in favor of a lay flat couch/bed that you can use as either a single bed or pull out to a full size bed. Also has the upper bunk/berth

The worst cosmetic issue is The portal to Hell. This is a dinner plate sized stain on the carpet that Ive shampooed three times and it is still there. The dog swallowed enough yellowjackets last summer to throw up. Ooof. Dog is fine at least. I'm giving you a throw rug to hide it.

Speaking of the dog, you'll find hair forever, despite deep cleaning the vehicle for sale prep. He's got a double coat. Vehicle is non-smoking though.
