Lance 8'6" 825 Lite For Sale! (Truck not included). Lightly used the first 25 years of its life, and more use with us (2nd owners) but still in terrific condition given its age! Housed in CA its whole life. All original vintage interior, and everything works except for the black water level sensor, which we understand is common to fail over time. (We've tried cleaning it, but doesn't seem to last long. But it's easy to know how many days you can get out of the toilet before you need to dump). Heat, air conditioning, refrigerator, everything works great. All doors and cabinets close tightly, screens in excellent shape. A few nicks and scratches on the door of the bathroom from getting in and out but small! Some bits of rust here and there as expected (see photos) being this old but no leaks anywhere. We even have the mattress to make the little bunk beds out of the kitchen bench and cabinets. So it can sleep two adults and two kids. There's a small dent toward the top on the passenger side of it, but nothing serious (we just scraped a parking sign). All lights work interior and exterior. Electronic struts to lift and lower.
