Looking for the perfect vintage Airstream for a custom rebuild? Look no further! This 1984 Sovereign 31 has wrap around "panoramic" windows on both ends -- very rare in the 80s, this is one of the first years they offered this option. All windows and the door are in good shape, with no cracks or leaks and good mechanical functionality (for ones that open). The floorplan is ample, with a rear bedroom large enough for a Queen bed, center bathroom with shower, and large front lounge with tons of windows.
Why do your own demolition work when you can buy a shell that's ready to build? All the old cabinets and carpet have been removed, down to the subfloor. Plumbing is still in place and was functional, so can be reused or removed. The pull-out awnings are all functional as well.
Previous owner created a full concept design (shown in the attached CAD images). Included in the sale price would be a set of drawings for this concept, as well as the 3D CAD files if useful to you.
Currently parked in a storage lot on Treasure Island. Can transfer parking space to the new owner with the trailer, if desired.
