I lived in this unit for about 1 year with no issue, its ready to roll as is!
Priced below market value to account for needed repairs.
Repairs Needed (already sealed to prevent further damage) :
• The bedroom slide floor has water damage on the exterior, will need to be replaced (top priority).
• Laminate flooring in bedroom was ripped from trim nail on slide, (cosmetic, see photos).
• The living room slide roof has a small hole and a soft spot that I sealed as soon as I bought it. There are no signs of damage on the interior.
• Small wall in the corner of the living room has a soft spot from a window leak, I sealed the window as soon as I noticed the problem. There are no signs of damage on the exterior.
