48,800 original miles on a Diesel Cummins engine. Model 6CTA 8.3 with an automatic 6 speed Allison Transmission model MD3060. "PAC" Engine Exhaust brake equipped. Reyco full air ride suspension including air brakes and self leveling system. Coach has new engine battery as of 08/2025.
There are 6 solar panels on the roof with 2 new lithium house batteries. New water pump installed in 2025. New electric awning. Generator only has 566 hours on it. All original manuals and current service records available.
Remodeled interior includes updated Shaw vinyl floors in living area, tile in the kitchen and bathroom area, carpet in bedroom. 1 Living room slide out, dual recliner and dining room table with chairs. New day/night shades on all windows. Custom TV cabinet/desk combo.
Kitchen includes 4 burner propane stove top, with a convection microwave. New electric only refrigerator.
Currently the gas gauge is not operational, along with the in dash AC. The roof top AC units recently stopped working we are working to get them fixed.
