We have used the camper an average of 3 to 4 weeks a year so we've used it only 12 to 15 weeks since we purchased it. I also purchased a 96 month extended warranty that is transferable to the new owner. The warranty does not expire until 2030. We are building our home now and do not need it anymore. Would be perfect for your mountain property, beach property or a in-law suite. Price is firm because we are only asking payoff. You must see it in person to appreciate it.
