This 2021 Impression Fifth Wheel is in excellent condition. It is 34' 6" long and has 2 slides. It comes equipped with two smart TVs, queen bed, 12 volt Magic Chef residential refrigerator (comes with a dedicated battery and inverter), oven, 3-burner cook top, microwave, 2 air conditioners, propane furnace and water heater, a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), auto leveling system, surge protector, outdoor shower and more.

Impression is known for its superior floor plans, and this trailer, in our opinion, has one of the best. The color scheme is neutral and light, and the floor and upholstery are easy to clean and maintain. It's furnished with a dining table that extends (so nice!), two stand-alone dining chairs and a bench that doubles as an ottoman and provides additional storage, two recliners, a sofa that opens up to a full-size bed, a space heating electric fireplace, kitchen island and large pantry. The closet in the bedroom is set up for a washer and dryer, and we had a dryer vent installed so that it is truly ready to be used for that purpose. The north-south oriented bed has a large window behind it and a closet and bed side storage next to each side. Both sides are equipped with electrical and USB outlets.

The exterior, like the interior is in excellent condition. We've added a lifetime sealant to the roof to ensure it remains water tight. The underside is enclosed, and tanks are heated. This is considered a four-season rig. We've recently greased the slides and had the wheel bearings repacked. It is prepped for a rear camera and for solar panels. The awning is in great shape. We have kept the unit under cover.

We are a recently retired couple and have used it lightly as a couple's coach. It has not been smoked in, and heavy cooking has been done outdoors. The trailer comes with a vinyl cover.
