Our daughter played basketball in college so this was essentially our condo on wheels for 2+ years. She doesnt play any longer (ACL tear) and we have a condo at the beach now. So Ronald is essentially a tailgating rig now for football and concerts. And too nice for that purpose honestly

You can see a scuff on passenger side rear corner (temporary road sign got me) and some scratches on passenger rear bumper (boxwood in my brother in laws yard)

Rear slide is the bedroom (queen size memory foam mattress folds when slide is in) and side slide creates the spacious living area. Captains chairs swing around 180° for two additional seats if needed. It has normal 8 year old nicks and wear, but it is in great shape for sure! We have gotten 12-13mpg (loaded) which is pretty amazing.

Vinyl (?) on some of the cushions is popping/peeling and the carpet and vinyl flooring is in great shape. House batteries replaced recently, and one of the rear jacks needs to be addressed (not sure if it is motor of just needs lubricating) 25k miles. 119 hours on the generator. The price reflects that, because I don't intend to put money into it only to turn around sell it for a bigger price tag. It is priced appropriately and reasonably.

It is deal, yes. But we bought it used from a neighbor that shared it with her sister. The sister couldnt travel any longer and they wanted to sell it. She was a private owner/seller but didnt have the title (the bank did). I was in consumer auto financing for 20+ years so I understood the process on paying it off and getting the title, most folks do not. We bought it for a fair price so we are selling it for a fair price. The title is in hand.
