This is a well cared for 2021 Lance 2185 travel trailer. I purchased this camper in Spring of 2023 from the original owner out of Texas. My family and I have used this camper a handful times each season to our local and state campgrounds. Tows flawlessly behind a 1/2 ton 2.7L V6 pick up truck. The camper has been stored indoors in the off-season. Immaculate condition inside and out. All appliances and electronics work with no issues. The interior is roadster leather package and looks brand new. The rear of the camper has three bunks which have been great for my young children and adult guests. The bunks have the ability to stow away for extra gear storage, including access to the storage locker door on the rear of the camper. Dinette slide makes a super comfortable extra sleeping space for two adults. You can relax on the convertible sofa with storage or easily fold down to access the queen size bed with plush memory foam mattress. Lance campers are well appointed with durable materials including how elegant the interior accent lighting sets the mood in the evenings. This is a true four seasons camper with an enclosed underbelly. Front storage includes generator locker, and large gear locker with Lance pull out storage drawer to easily access camping equipment. Also includes hidden camping table stowed away above storage drawer. 2 Batteries included are Interstate deep cycle marine in closed locked storage drawers for easy access. The tongue of the camper includes three, 20lbs propane tanks, which makes it super efficient to refill or replace. Also included is electric tongue jack, power stabilizers, and Jack It tongue bike rack which helps to prevent bikes from damage while towing. The roof is fully walkable for easy access and cleaning and includes roof rack for kayaks or extra gear storage. 2 entry doors are great for access to bath or rear bunks without disturbing the living, kitchen or main sleeping area. Also includes towing system and sway bars. Have all original paperwork, wheel covers, roof vent and window insulated covers. Also will include wheel chocks, hoses, and hook ups needed to start your camping adventure.
