This camper comes with most of what you need to start camping right away. There are two sets of full size sheets, bath towels and washcloths, kitchen utensils and cutlery, plates, bowls, pots and pans, and storage containers. New tires and new battery, new furnace control board, everything works as should, always stored under cover. It has ducted heat and a/c, insulated underneath so can be used 4 seasons. Sink faucet has been replaced with a delta residential grade faucet. We used the camper 3-4 times a year at most so it's relatively low mileage. The sofa cushions have some small tears as can be seen in photos.
