Model # 298BHDS. 35 ft long. 9,100 lb dry weight, 11,500 lb GVWR, 2,400 lb payload capacity. 1,900 lb hitch weight. 30 amp hookup. This RV is great! Everything works and its well-sealed. Handles and brakes well. Large double-slide central kitchen / living room has an island and lots of space (RV is currently parked next to a tree, so I couldnt fully extend the slide on one side when I was taking pics of the interior). Sleeps four, with the dining table converting to a bed. If pads and rails were added to the bunk benches in the back, it would sleep six. Water heater, furnace, AC, and both outdoor and indoor kitchens work great.

Weve made a number of improvements: Premium tires with nearly zero miles. Two new batteries bought and installed August 2025. Added an in-line, whole-RV water filtration system, with the cartridges easily accessible in the storage compartment for changing the filters. Upgraded faucets in the bathroom and kitchen. Added kitchen lighting. Several light switches were added to make turning on hard-to-reach lights easier. A commercial, custom-fitted RV skirt with a hold-down frame. Tank heaters on the one black and two gray tanks. One of the two propane tanks is fitted with a Mopeka fill-level sensor that communicates with a readout inside the RV (we use that tank second). New propane changeover valve installed August 2025. Two layers of silicone roof coating added over the factory roof. Replaced the couch with two reclining chairs. Were selling this RV with several items included: two water hoses (a blue one for fresh water, and an orange one for tank flushing) and a hose manifold, all with matched quick connects. A surge protector that connects directly to 30 amp hookups. A tri-pod tongue support. We detailed the whole RV and its road-ready!
