The 2016 Itasca Sunova 36Z is a luxurious Class B motorhome that offers both style and functionality. With only 19,000 miles, having been stored inside year-round, and a Ford tune-up every year, this is about as maintenance-free and close to new as you can get.

Why are we selling??? We loved this RV, but two of our three kids have left for college, and we find less time to go RVing together. For a couple with 2-4 kids, the 36z is perfect. We made many AWESOME memories when the kids were in ELEM/Middle/High School. The best trip was going across the country together. They still talk about it! This model Sunova work perfect when we had the kids and a portable apartment when it was just the wife and I.

Features:
-3 Slides make it huge. They are lubed twice a year and work perfectly.
-Full SIZE fridge with ice maker

-2 TVs inside / 1 Outside
-Great cabinets and drawers with lots of space for families
-Maintained since new by Battlefiel ford. All major maintenance completed and Oil changed every year, whether or not it needed it.
-King Bed with memory foam topper. We never used the bedspreads, so they are like new.
- Kitchenette sleeps 1 big one or 2 little ones
-Sofa couches sleep 2 adults
-Drop-down bed sleeps one really tall one. My son is 6 foot 3.
- Itasca Sunova 36Z is also meant for cold-weather travel: insulated, electric fireplace, and 2 heating/cooling units.

-Gas Range
-Microwave
-Generator just serviced and runs great. Power everything for the family while you are driving
-We added Summo springs to the front and rear so it handles great!!! Both my wife and I drive it.

What does it need: NOT MUCH since we have ALWAYS stored it inside a heated garage.
-Rear AC needs a recharge. We just got back from the beach and it was not blowing as hard as the front unit, which is ice cold
-There is a chip in the back by the rear wheel where it was hit. Small but visible.
-Some fraying of the piping on the couch. I think they make a small decorative patch to cover it.
No games, No Lowballers... This is a great unit we have kept in tip top shape.
