2022 Sanibel

The Prime Time Sanibel 3902WB is a 43’ wide body fifth wheel with four slide outs and lots of room. Well maintained One owner.

Two bedrooms One and a half baths. Easily sleeps six. King size bed in the main bedroom and loft area. Queen size pullout couch with new mattress in the living room. The main bedroom has plenty of storage with washer/dryer hook up. The second bedroom we turned into an office. The desk and chair are included. Nice storage in this room and could easily be turned back into a bedroom should you choose to do so.

Kitchen: Four burner full size stove/oven. Full size refrigerator. Microwave - we replaced it a year ago. Double sink. Plenty of storage with cabinets and pantry. Free standing table with four chairs.

Living room: Queen size pullout couch with a new mattress. Loveseat has duel recliners with cup holders. Large flat screen TV. The fireplace is a nice feature and has definitely helped on chilly nights especially should you wake up to no propane.

The full bathroom has Sink, toilet and good size shower area. Decent amount of storage. The half bath is located off what is now the office. It has Sink, toilet and some storage. Even with two people the half bath is very nice to have.

Exterior: Two awnings. 50 amp service. Two AC units. Two roof vents. Large compartment in the very front. Two 30 lb. Propane tank/compartments. Large pass through compartment we call the basement. Compartment with pull out cook top has never been used. Ladder on the very back.

We have the title in hand so as soon as the cashier check clears the bank she is ready to be yours!
