2018 Newmar Ventana LE 50 Year Anniversary Edition features 3 slides, 1 1/2 baths, powered by a Cummings 360HP engine on a Freightliner XCR Chassis with an Allison transmission.  Roof is one piece molded fiberglass.

Ride in comfort with the 6-way power front seats (including a tray and foot extension on the passenger seat) and with Newmar's adjustable Comfort Drive Steering System.  Filling up on the road is easy at any truck stop with either side fill up. Rand-McNally Nav system provides precise locations. Cleaning is also easy with the Dirt Devil central vacuum system.  

Configuration of the coach includes an extendable dinette table, a hidden workstation and 2 swivel/reclining lounge chairs for watching TV or relaxing.  The couch doubles as a queen bed.  Lots of storage in the coach and underneath (including roll-out storage bays).

Kitchen features a convection/microwave oven, dual sink, 3 top gas stove, extendable work area, pantry with pull out/soft close shelves, and a full residential Fridge/Freezer.

Master Bedroom/Bath includes 3 closets, storage drawers, new mattress and new zip-in comforter and zip-in sheets.  Master bath includes a ceramic toilet, full shower and washer and dryer.

Equipped with an Energy Management System with Automatic Generator Start on Low Battery or Temperature Setting.  Propane or electric hot water option.  

Includes 2 powered awnings (patio and entry door) and 2 manual awnings over the larger windows on each side to provide max shade.

I am the second owner and have stored the unit indoors during entire time owned (purchased Feb/21, driven approximately 27k of the 49k miles).  Well maintained, smoker free, and always connected to 50Amp shore power with a dehumidifier running.  I have all the original owner manuals: coach, chassis, engine, transmission, generator, appliances and electronics). I also have all the service records available for the time owned.  The two front tires replaced with approximately 20k and 10k miles of use; 2 new starter batteries replaced in May 2025.  Generator has 364 hours.

This unit was the 50-Year anniversary edition and has a number of upgrades/features:

Note: There is an extended warranty policy in place through June 2028 or 78000 miles that is transferable for remaining cost.  No claims have been filed on this extended warranty so still has full value.  Will share policy details on request.
