Upgrades include 2 Carefree slide-toppers on street-side slides; Titan hydraulic disc brakes, with new pads installed Sep. 2024 (2625 miles on them); Morryde CRE3000 suspension and thicker shackles; ZINUS 8 Inch Cooling Gel Memory Foam RV-Queen Mattress (Apr. 2021) with 3-inch foam mattress topper if you want it; Lippert reinforcing brackets welded into all 6 suspension hangers to strengthen. Downgrades, factored in pricing, include: Only two chairs for the dinette table; original built-in convection microwave replaced with a shelf and a compact countertop model; electric fireplace does not work (link provided to a replacement model that will fit the opening), but propane furnace works great, and a small ceramic space heater provides same heat as the fireplace did; sofa-bed and recliners have extensive cosmetic peeling covering; fitted cloth cover provided for sofa- see photos. Will provide key maintenance history and all original owners and component manuals, both paper and downloaded electronic versions, with record and photos of all component serial numbers on a USB flash drive.
