WHY AM I SELLING MY MOTORHOME: I've worked in the Medical Field for over 30 Years as a Nurse (RN/BSN). In 2016 I decided to start working as a Travel Nurse where I could work at hospitals all over the U.S.A. Everything went well until 1-1/2 years ago when I began having severe back pain. It turned out that lifting and turning patients in their hospital beds for the last 30+ years severely damaged my back, and I needed to have a L1-L5 Laminectomy to repair it. Now I'm receiving Physical Therapy twice a week to learn how to walk again. So, my days of nursing and motorhome travel have ended!

WHY HAVING THE FORD V-10 TRITON ENGINE WITH A 6 SPEED TRANSMISSION WITH TOW-HAUL MODE ON AN E-450 FRAME IS SO IMPORTANT: When all of your water, fuel and waste tanks are full (200+ gallons) it adds over 1600 lbs of weight to the motorhome. The total weight of the motorhome can be up to 12,500 lbs. The 10 Cylinder Engine with the 6-speed transmission has the ability to travel up steep hills and into heavy headwinds using much less RPM and therefore has much less wear and tear on the engine and gets better fuel mileage. Also, the E-450 frame can handle heavy weights and steep curves with more stability, and has larger sized brakes for those long descending hills. The Tow Haul mode allows the powerful engine's backpressure to control the down hill speed of the motorhome, rather than wearing out the brakes.

SOLAR: Solar is FREEDOM and free electricity! Because I would often being parking in hospital parking lots, I didn't have access to electrical hookups. Rather than wasting alot of gas and money running my generator to charge up my batteries, I had a beautiful solar system installed, with two solar panels on the roof and two maintenance free AGM battereis installed. And because my motorhome has all LED lights, batteries would last for days, even on cloudy rainy days.
