Our Tour is in truly excellent condition inside and out. We are the original owners and have always kept it well maintained. The engine has been serviced within the last 6 months and the AquaHot diesel burner was also just serviced. Everything in the vehicle works. With three slides it is very roomy and has many of the amenities of a very nice home. The cherry hardwood cabinets and light marble toned tile floors are refined and not gaudy. The large smart TV, fireplace and accent lighting make for a cozy atmosphere. The extendable hard surface countertops, stainless convection oven, double door refrigerator and large pantry make cooking a breeze. A half bath plus an ornate heavy duty partition door allow privacy when entertaining. When the couch hide-a-bed is deployed, you can very comfortably sleep four adults. Some upgrades include a robust solar system, washer & dryer, Sleep Number dual adjustable air mattress and a Dish network HD satellite TV system. Maintenance records and owners manuals are included. No accidents or smoking. We have decided to get a smaller RV, but will miss the spaciousness of this coach; it is beautiful and deserves a new owner.
