Well made toy hauler with 12 ' garage and fenced patio. All wood cabinets, fireplace, upgraded queen matress. Everything works fantastic. 2 month old tires, one year old hot water heater, onan generator works like a champ! Typical toy hauler with fuel stations and oversized water and holding tanks. It has solar panel to keep battery charged. No leaks anywhere. It only needs fabric on largest awning. A real steal for a great toy hauler. We lived in it for about a year and a half and it could not have been more confortable. Who needs new when you can get this nice rig. We pulled it with an F250 ford truck with no problems.
