1990 Toyota Itasca Spirit Winnebago
Well maintained and carefully renovated Itasca Spirit. We are selling our beloved motorhome because Medical issues that force its sale. Its a gem and deserves to be with someone who will love and use it. I have traveled almost 20 thousand miles since I purchased it in April of 2024.
This model has a 1 ton chassis with 6 lugs and full floating rear end with easily adjustable rear suspension load lifter air bags and the Toyota 3.0L EFI V-6 fuel-injected engine. This model has a 4 speed automatic transmission with overdrive and a tilt steering wheel. It runs great and is very reliable, we have never broken down. I have just completed a 5,500 mile trip from Columbus Ga.thru Alabama,Mississippi,Louisiana to south Texas, New Mexico,Utah.and Colorado and Back with no Issues. Its also easy to drive and park as it fits into a regular parking spot.

Mechanical:-Timing belt changed at 74k miles-New water pump-New spark plugs and wires-All engine rubber hoses replaced-New engine battery
-New Front steering assy gear box,linkage arms and struts replaced April 2024. -Rear airbag shocks checked and inflated-4 New Tires with less than 6K miles.
-Rear Breaks replaced before my trip. -Spare tire holder on back with tire-New Radiator Core with thermostat-New Propane Tank valve + metal tank cover-Replaced most water pipes and fittings
Solar installed on roof in June of 2022-2 panels of 190W Overland Go Power-12V Dual USB Wall Mount-Two 6V AGM batteries-Internal control panel

Interior renovations:
-New wallpaper in kitchen and bathroom-Reinforced front bunkbed board-New sink and faucet in the bathroom-New goose neck faucet for the kitchen sink-New water filter with separate drinking water faucet (Frizzlife)-New LPG/CO2 sensor alarm to detect propane gas leaks-New TO1 Revolution water pump in cabin-New pex waterlines and fittings-New water tanks (20+15 gallons) + rubber sealed floor (for extended trips)
-Carpet replaced with Vinyl plank flooring. -New shower faucet and sprayer head, new shower curtain & flooring- Bathroom mirror on closet door-New wood edging for counter surface to wall connections-New speakers in the cabin + bluetooth receiver-New Pioneer am/fm Bluetooth sxm ready. -New Caframo Sirocco II Elite Brushless Cabin Fan-New warm white LEDs in ALL internal light sources-New thick oak wood dinette table, solid AND removable-New horizontal vinyl blinds for all windows in the cabin
-Cab windows to include windshield have window tint to help eliminate heat. -Deep water cleaned all cushions. -Repaired gas oven and 4-burner stove, works perfectly-Repaired all drawer runners to better than original-Sanded & oiled all cupboard doors + painted all handles-Painted the AC cover and ceiling light covers + switches-Added several 110V and 12V (USB) power outlets and charging points-All original upholstery, in remarkably great condition and neutral colors
The interior of the camper is in very good condition and we did our best to restore it to its original glory (and beyond)*. There is minimal wear and tear on the furniture, with the exception of a small area on the passenger and Drivers seat seat covers. All appliances have been optimized and are working. The fridge and freezer runs on propane or shore power (110V). The camper heater runs on propane and does a nice job of heating the cabin efficiently( Replaced January 2025)The 4 burner stove with oven also operate on propane and are both in working order. The 6 Gal Water heater with a self ignited switch is New and is propane operated. The bathroom has a large shower, toilet and a large closet for clothes and storage and a Fantastic remote fan. Cab Air conditioning works very well.
The Roof air was recharged when I Bought it however,I only camped in dispersed camping areas. No campgrounds.
