This is an Awesome trailer, small but Mighty!

Includes everything you need to set up on Day One. Adapters, hoses, kitchen supplies, propane, etc, etc.

I bought it new from a dealership in December, 2023. It's still in Like New condition and still smells new when you walk in since I'm a non-smoker.

I was lucky enough to use my VA loan and buy a home.

It happened faster than my credit union told me it would, so now I have to focus on the house and can't even afford to use the trailer anymore, unfortunately.

It's been stored in a covered storage area, but I did just take it to an RV park and we had some intense rain, and no leaks, it held up like a trooper!

The a/c works Awesome (even tested it in Florida), it's got a two burner propane stovetop, fridge, brand new regular full sized (not rv size, regular bed size) mattress, new pillows, blankets, towels, a TV mounted and the trailer is cable hookup ready.

Decent counter space, really good shower pressure (surprisingly), Super Easy to tow, set up and break down. I have older injuries and I can do it! Plus I'm older too. I was towing it with my 6cylinder Dodge journey, no problem.

We all know RVs bought new have glitches, so ever since I bought it, I took it out to RV parks and state parks, just making sure everything works.

There were a few minor things, but it was all covered under warranty and anything needing replacing, I paid the money to upgrade the quality of the components, so all is either brand new or very gently used.

I know people say it freely, but it really is in like new condition.

I know this trailer from top to bottom, side to side, and I can tell you it is ready to hook up, tow away, and go on your next adventure!

On a sanitization note:

I never used the black tank at all (since I bought it new), but I still had all holding tanks professionally cleaned and the trailer professionally detailed, all surfaces uv sanitized.

It looks great and Ready to Go!
