Our family of 5 children, Mom and Dad have enjoyed it since 2014, though it has only been on about 8 trips total. Children also had fun with it even in the driveway with sleepovers with friends.
Condition 9/10. Everything works. All LED lighting saves battery power. Two televisions, blutooth connected stereo system throughout, including outdoor speakers. Two awnings, dual entry (one for the main living room and a second one for the bathroom. Air conditioned. Outdoor Kitchen with microwave, sink, refrigerator, cabinetry, pull out burners (two), and icemaker. Fully equipped indoor kitchen with dual fuel refrigerator/freezer. Two TVs, one in the master bedroom and a one in the living room. Roof is in excellent condition. Numerous routine service/maintenance items replaced when needed, including most importantly, 4 high quality Goodyear heavy duty trailer tires (no more cheap China bomb tires like the ones that come from the factory). Lots of extras as well.
Loads of fun for the entire family! We will all miss it very much. However, all the children have now grown up , so Mom and Dad have decided to move up to a Class A motorhome . $32K or best offer. No dealers, please.
