Grandma and Grandpa are staying home! That seems kinda sad for them, but it’s a great opportunity for you! They bought their most recent RV in 2016 brand new. It is a 2015 Coachmen Brookstone 325RL that is 38’ long. This one owner RV has been meticulously maintained and is cleaner than anything you’d buy from a dealer.

The thing you should know about Grandma and Grandpa is that Grandpa is a camper, but Grandma is a glamper! This RV fits both their needs perfectly. Grandpa can get out in the wilderness, but Grandma has all the comforts of home.

This RV has never seen winter. When not in use it has been stored in his weather-proof shed. As you look at the pictures you can see that they took very good care of this 5th wheel. The roof is in perfect condition and the 2 air conditioners keep grandma cool in the the hot temperatures. It’s perfect for those nights when you want to sit outside by the campfire, but when you go to bed you want to sleep in cool comfort.

And the cargo capacity is almost 2,500 pounds! That’s a lot of capacity to pack what you need in the underbelly and the inside is loaded with cupboards, drawers, and closets. Grandma can even bake in the kitchen oven!

The set up is pretty easy too. The six point leveling system is as easy as pushing some buttons. I think Grandpa can get the whole rig set up in an hour, but he is pretty particular so maybe he just takes longer to gets things the way he wants them so Grandma doesn’t give him any more chores!

This RV is extremely comfortable for 4 people staying overnight, but I know he has parties and such for a lot more than 4 people!.

I like the shower because it’s bigger than the one I have at home. There is plenty of room to move around and turn when I’m taking a shower in it.
