RV Description

The Keystone Residence 401RDEN is a luxurious travel trailer designed for those who seek comfort and style. With a spacious layout and high-end finishes, this model is perfect for extended trips or full-time living. The interior features a modern design with plush seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a master bedroom with ample storage space. The large windows throughout the RV allow for plenty of natural light.

The Keystone Residence 401RDEN is the perfect combination of style and functionality. The spacious living area is ideal for entertaining guests or simply relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. The master bedroom provides a tranquil retreat with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage for all your belongings.

In addition to the standard 2018 Keystone Residence for sale with floor plan 401RDEN, the following are included for sale for your enjoyment:

1) We left all of the dishes, silverware, pots, pans, blenders, cups, wine glasses, vacuum, beach towels, bedding, etc. This RV is pretty much turnkey.

2) Traeger Pellet Smoker; Model TFB57PZB; One year old; Easily grills two full baby back slabs and ten burgers.

3) We removed one of the sofa / hideaway beds to create an office space with an L shaped desk and comfortable office chair. Nice work space but loses the sleeping capacity of 2. This RV only sleeps 4, not 6 as originally manufactured.

4) There is a very large custom built storage bin on wheels, painted brown. It is roughly 4 feet by 8 feet by 2 feet deep. It stores nicely under the RV near the front steps on the patio. The top hinges open for easy access. I left many useful things in there for you.

5) The main awning will be brand new with a brand new motor. I have contracted Matrix RV repair to replace the existing awning. No installation date but ASAP. No additional charge to you.

6) The RV has been very well maintained: Washed and Waxed every 6 months by a pro, both AC units have been cleaned and serviced regularly under my ownership, the water heater anode rod was replaced by owner, me, in December 2024, the bed was lowered 12" by owner, me, so people shorter than Shaquille O'neal can get into it without a ladder. There is storage under the bed with access from outside the RV & also inside by a hinged panel with gas strut springs. You will notice the "lowered" cross frame infringes on the outside access opening. We always accessed the storage from inside by lifting the foot of the bed.

7) If you enjoy a cold toilet seat, you will have to unplug the heated toilet seat with heated water bidet. Very common in Europe. You are going to absolutely love it. We removed the OEM but saved it. It's above the cabinet in the bathroom if you must have a cold seat.

The bidet is powered from the 20 amp service on the exterior main power supply.

8) The owner before us installed a standard size electric washer and dryer located in a weather protected storage shed perfectly situated on the porch. It is serviced with hot and cold water and plumbed professionally. It is also run on the 20 amp service, same as the heated bidet toilet seat. I am not certain of the age of the units but I would guess 4 years, so fairly new and in perfect working condition.

9) There is also another small storage shed great for hand tools; roughly 6 feet tall by 4 feet wide by 2 feet deep.

10) There is a small storage bin located on the concrete behind the washer and dryer that holds a flat top grill. The grill belongs to Bill and Karen, A35, your neighbors.

11) There are also enough dog fence panels to fence in a private area for a small dog if you have one. We had a Morkie (Rico or Smiley as he was nick-named), 11 pounds, did not shed and house broken. There were ZERO "accidents" in the RV, although you might find a bone hidden in a remote corner that I failed to find when I cleaned for the last time. You will certainly find a few chicken leg bones or ribeye bones in the yard if you dig into the sand. The fence panels are 36 inches tall. There are a couple 24 inch panels that you can use along the slide out of the office area and the side steps. The panels are stacked in the EXACT ORDER YOU NEED TO INSTALL THEM starting at the side steps. Just be sure to number them if you disturb the order. There are pre-drilled holes in the concrete that align perfectly with the fence stakes when not in the grass area.

12) There is a small refrigerator / freezer unit and a second freezer only unit included. Both units are typical to what you might have for a beer fridge in your garage.

Lastly, although this RV can be moved, it is on a frame with a hitch, it is not a frequently set up and torn down travelling RV style home. Park it and live in it at that location. In fact, the Bonita Lakes RV Park it is currently planted in is a wonderful community with a nice sized 'flock' of snow birds. Lot A34 is one of the very best locations. My neighbors in A35, Bill & Karen, have the very best lot, in my opinion, if you enjoy a corner lot with a view of the pond and Island Retreat area with a few benches. The Island Retreat is literally an island with a walking bridge, great for solitude, reading books, enjoying the sunny breezes and bird watching. Bill and Karen are wonderful neighbors. They enjoy making and sharing their own private batch wines, hosting a fish fry and several parties each season. If you enjoy corn hole or the slightly shorter version, "bean bags", Vickie and Larry, in the lot behind A34, host a 4:00 bean bag and BYO beverage party for an hour every weekday. Its a great evening starter and post nap activity.

Bonita Lakes RV Resort has about 80 very active snow bird residents that host a few unusual activities on a regular basis such as Kayaking on Saturday morning, Ice Cream socials every couple weeks, monthly theme dance parties and dinner parties. You can also participate in the usual card parties, bingo, shuffle board and bean bag events like every community. The newly renovated, in-ground 3 to 6 foot wading pool and grilling patio area is host to several events throughout the season and a daily hangout. The rate schedule for the RV park is noted in the pictures. Including electricity, we pay roughly $850 on average every month for living in it for 6 months (October through March) storing it for 6 months (April through September).

The RV can be viewed any day after noon. Denise, the Supervisor of the maintenance crew, has agreed to show the RV for me as I am currently in Tennessee. The RV is open, slides out, for your viewing convenience. The electricity is on, AC on, but the water needs turned on/off manually at the site post valve.
