The following enhancements (almost $20,000) make this Palazzo 33.6 unique and special:
After discovering issues with the TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) Roof membrane and being denied warranty help, we had the roof professionally redone by FlexArmor in April 2024.
Because the Leatherette Theater Seating that doesnt recline proved to be uncomfortable, we replaced it with Bradd& Hall wall hugger power reclining loveseat w/power headrests and a 3 drawer Bradd & Hall end table.
Due to the low-tech TVs standard to the 2022 Palazzo, we upgraded to smart TVs as follows:
o39 LED TV in living area changed to 40" Class 3-Series LED Full HD Smart Roku TV.
o32 LED TV in Bedroom changed to 32 Class 3-Series 720P HD LED Roku Smart TV.
oExterior 40 LED TV changed to 40" Class 3-Series LED Full HD Smart Roku TV.
To simplify maintenance, the 4 House Batteries (Lead Acid) were changed to AGM Batteries.
For comfort, the standard RV Mattress was replaced with Wilderness RV Mattress (Montana Hybrid Plush).
We removed the Stacked Washer & Dryer that we never used in order to have a large closet.

We are leaving a RoadMaster Falcon All Terrain Tow Bar, a WeBoost Destination RV Cell Signal Booster, and a Viair 450P-RV Silver Automatic Portable Compressor Kit with the RV (valued at over $2,000).
