This camper is in excellent condition with very little use. We primarily used it at the race track where our son races, mostly for cooling off between events and the occasional overnight stay. It's one of the best-priced units on the market given its condition and minimal road miles.

The Murphy bed is a standout feature- folded up during the day, it opens up the living area; at night, it drops into a true queen-size bed. Double bunks and a convertible dinette expand the sleeping capacity for the whole family.

It also includes an exterior kitchen (fridge and cooktop), ample storage, and tows easilyI pulled it with a Jeep Grand Cherokee. To make towing even better, were including a Fastway e2 weight distribution hitch with integrated sway control, a major upgrade over basic setups.

All systems work as they should. The camper has:

New Goodyear and Kenda tires (2024), including spare

New batteries (2024)

Professionally installed ceramic coating for long-term UV protection

Two under-frame storage tubes for sewer hoses

Wheel covers included

There is a small dent on one wheel well from a tire blowout, and the rear bumper came off after a cargo rack bent it. A bolt-on replacement bumper could be added, but we found it unnecessary with the upgraded storage tubes.

No pets. No smoking. Just a clean, well-kept camper ready for your next trip.
