Update: SALE PENDING - (7/14)

2002 Newell Coach #623. Four slide, mid entry. Front area has comfortable, sleeper couch and mezzanine desk / chair and recliner. Large bedroom area with many cupboards and drawers; and large walk-in closet. There is a toilet / water closet and separate good sized vanity. Many recent (within last 0 to 3 years) updates. 81000 miles with popular Detroit Diesel e60. Aqua Hot heating (regularly maintained) and 2 basement air conditioning units (original) that continue to perform well. Electric cooktop, residential refrigerator and stacked washer / dryer. All original except for TVs updated to flat panel smart TVs with Dish satellite. Original, inlaid carpet with tile in kitchen and bath areas. Original factory notebook plus spreadsheet of history events and maintenance repairs. Always housed in covered storage. For sale in Indio, CA and currently in storage in Beaumont, CA until mid-Sept. Always non smoking and non pet.

Some key updates are the roof was sealed and coated with 5 yr polymer. Many air, check valves replaced along with both compressors. All 4 air bags are non original. Generator regularly serviced and has 420 hrs. Original paint with very few, small chips. Interior shades in front are work, but could use replacing. All tires new in 2022 with larger fronts replacing smaller originals (as most have done with this vintage of coach).

We are downsizing to less than 40’. And, for those that wish to update an older Newell this is a solid base unit to accomplish that goal, while still being able to travel in a comfortable and spacious coach.
