RV Description

Thank you for taking a look at our little rig. We are the original owners of this clean, very low-mileage, well-maintained, and gently-used vehicle. Unfortunately, due to a planned move to the east coast, we are selling the RV.

We typically use the vehicle only in fair weather and never in snow. We are pretty basic RVers and spend most of time outdoors when visiting California's beautiful parks. As result, some features of the vehicle have never been used such as the TV, oven, and microwave.

The chassis is a Ford E350 with a 7.3 liter V-8 and a six-speed transmission. It provides a smooth and comfortable ride. It has 55-gallon gas tank and, according to the on-board computer, we've averaged about 10 MPG since new.

The cab has an infotainment system in the dash that, quite candidly, is not very satisfying to use. So, we haven't. We use it only for the back-up camera and rely on our phones for music and entertainment. We have noticed lately, though, that the touch-screen function is not working. This does not affect the operation of the back-up camera. The company tech support representative told us that it needs a hard reset. That may be, but we feel it would be money well spent on a higher quality unit that will better meet individual entertainment needs. We feel that decision is best left to the new owner.

The coach has an inverter, though we have never hooked up a solar panel. Last year, we installed a second deep-discharge battery for the coach systems. The vehicle comes complete all equipment for necessary operation.

We have always parked the vehicle in an indoor RV storage facility to minimize weather and UV exposure and used Stabil gasoline stabilizer to protect the fuel system when not in use.

This vehicle will provide a new owner many miles of outdoor enjoyment. We woud be happy to answer any questions.
