RV Description

Don't pay nearly $50k (or more) for this model at a dealership brand new. I have kept this RV in as good of condition as you could hope to find. It is basically "new." I used this trailer a total of four times. Once at a campground for two weeks to see what the "RV lifestyle" was like; and three times at my own house when I had guests visiting. I stayed in the trailer, guests stayed in the house. I didn't want children or animals in it.
Other than the times in use, I have stored this trailer inside my shop building out of the weather. Whether using it or not, every spring I bring it out to wash it and de-winterize by flushing the system and making sure everything is working. Water pump, water heater, fresh, grey, black tanks.etc. Then, every October, I clean it again and winterized the entire system. Everything fully drained, blown out with air at a safe pressure, refilled with antifreeze (except for the hot water tank which was bypassed and allowed to fully drain). Outdoor shower also always winterized. Honestly it is far cleaner now than when I took delivery from the Dealership.
I have debated for a while now wheather or not to sell because I really like this floorplan better than most I have seen for a trailer this size. I think it is perfect for a couple. It has a great kitchen layout and a spacious bedroom with a generous sized wardrobe. I had no complaints with the shower size either. Plenty of height and elbow room. It is possible to sleep up to 6 people if two are in the bedroom, two in the dinette, and two in the recliners. I personally wouldn't do that unless I really had to.
I live and travel constantly between Colorado and Wyoming. Between picking it up, taking it to campsite, bringing it home, I calculate only about 1200 total miles on the road. Currently the trailer is in Colorado. I would consider delivering to you within those states (assuming terms can be agreed upon). I have the title in hand. You can look up this model online for specs and features, but here is a list of features that won me over:

50 Amp, Solar ready, 2 zone climate with 2 AC units (one doubles as heat pump), Enclosed and heated tanks/ valves, Electric heater fireplace, Gas and/or electric hot water, Gas/electric fridge, Towing stabilizer hitch, rear camera with monitor, Gas furnace. Roomy bedroom, Great kitchen, Plenty of pantry/cabinet space. Just a really great floorplan.

Contact me if you have more questions. Price is negotiable.
