JUST INSPECTED BY 3RD PARTY (See Inspection Results at bottom)2014 Airstream RV International Signature 23D,

Barely used: My parents bought it new in 2014 and went on one road trip and a couple of weekend trips. However, my Dad died the next spring and it has been sitting unused in their locked garage ever since. Mom can't travel anymore, so it needs a new Owner.

  INSPECTION RESULTS: On the exterior, I noted that the tires were matched by brand and had an appropriate tread depth. No visible damage was observed on the awnings, and they functioned as designed. However, the right side awning pulled out smoothly and held into place, but I could not get it to raise to full height. This is more likely because I am not familiar with this type of awning. The jacks also worked as designed. Additionally, the roof is in good condition, although there are minor scratches on the roof. Upon inspecting the interior, I found no traces of leaks, and the interior appears clean. There were no signs of smoke or odd odors. Electrical operated properly, including the climate controls, functioning as designed. Interior lights and accessories were also in working order. I noted the proper functioning of appliances and water systems.
