HISTORY:

• We special ordered this unit in November 2021 from Wana RV Center in Shipshewana, IN which is about 15 miles from the Forest River Manufacturing Plant. The unit was manufactured in May 2022 and we picked it up in June 2022.
• It is extremely clean inside and out. It has never been smoked in and no pets have been inside.
• The unit has been towed approximately 4,900 miles to date

• Dry Weight (unloaded) is 5016 lbs.
• Width is 8 ft and Height is 10 ft 11 inches.
• It has a 54 gal fresh water tank (never been used), 30 gal gray tank and 30 gal black tank.
• It has two 30 pound propane bottles.
• It has a 16 ft power awning.

• The gas cooktop and oven have never been used.
• The shower features a water miser.
• It has a traditional battery but is capable of using a lithium battery if desired.
• It has a TST brand Tire Pressure Monitoring System.
• As a proactive measure, all four-wheel bearings were professionally repacked in October 2023.
• The unit came with the highly rated Goodyear Endurance Tires. We also upgraded the spare tire to a Goodyear Endurance.

• We special ordered this unit with a slide topper for its one slide.
• We ordered power stabilizers on all four corners.
• We ordered an extra fan vent over the bed area. An extra Maxx-Air vent cover was also ordered for the roof.
• We ordered the 15,000 BTU A/C upgrade.
• We ordered an Anderson 3350 Weight Distribution Hitch.

• Shower head upgraded to Oxygenics.
• The bathroom and kitchen faucets were upgraded to residential metal single handle fixtures in a matching bronze finish. The kitchen has a pull-down sprayer.
• Hot and cold water shut off valves were installed on both faucet lines and the low point drain lines outside. A shut off valve was also installed on the toilet line.
• A Level Mate PRO Plus is installed.
• A grab handle has been installed on the screen door.
• LED puck lights have been added inside many cabinets.

• Rubber Snap Pads have been added to all four stabilizer jacks.
• A cover for the electric tongue jack.
• A protective custom made cover for the front window which is removable.
• A Halo-view RD10 observation camera with forward and rear views and recording capability.
