VERY CLEAN, VERY NICE, RV FOR SALE. NEVER HAD A PET IN IT AND WE DONT SMOKE. HERE ARE THE FEATURES THAT MADE ME BUY THIS SPECIFIC MODEL OVER THE DOZENS OF OTHER VANS THAT I TESTED:

1. This one has upgraded Rear Airbag suspension. You will never want to drive one without rear airbags again after you experience this. you can adjust the firmness and height of the rear of the van.

2. I am 6'0 and 275 pounds and I am actually able to fit in the bathroom. Its not huge, but I can definately fit. With other vans, I had to crouch or even leave the door open in order to fit.

3. This has 7 seatbelts and I have often used it for day trips to the beach or to Disney with 6 or 7 ppl, so it doubles as an RV and a very comfortable family van

4. This has a 12 volt rear roof top AC. This is very important because you can run the rear air while you are driving without the need to run the generator and waste gas or LP (This specific generator runs on LP)

5. This model has 4 front facing captain chairs. Kids dont fight about not being able to see out of the front window.

6. This is a dually rear axle with a diesel mercedes chassis and tows like a champ. I have had a 14' trailer with my polaris on this and it feels solid.

7. This unit has tank heaters and is well insulated. I have camped in TN in 10 degree weather and been very comfortable.

8 Real porcelain toilet with black water holding tank and a maserator grinder with a real sewer hose. This is NOT a casette toilet. I had that once and it was not nice. Always smelled bad in the coach.

9 Full size spare tire with jack.

10. This unit has true tank sensors and shows you exactly the % of water in the tanks and in the propane. its not just empty/quarter/half/full like some others. I really like knowing exactly what is in the tanks.

So if I love it so much, why am I selling it?? This unit is 24' 3" long and slightly overhangs the sidewalk in front of my house. My association is now giving me a problem about parking it. I will eventually do more research and buy something a bit smaller, but for now, this one has to go.

I have the title in hand (its paid off) and have priced it very fair in order to attract a serious buyer. Comprable models are about $119K and this one has a $12K upgraded rear air suspension!!!
