Nearly new (used by first time owners only a handful of thimes). Very open and spacious inside - features like the slide out dinette, murphy bed and high ceiling make it very roomy and comfortable. Murphy bed is easy to use, comfortable and has a heated mattress (for those cold nights). Bed is accessible from both sides which is a real plus (no one has to climb over). Bathroom is roomy as well with a separate sink and a good size shower. Lots of storage in this unit. Additional features include frameless windows, 2 propane tanks, a mounted TV, heat and air-conditioning, an outdoor grill which can be mounted to the trailer along with a small side table, automatic lighted canopy almost the full length of the trailer, inside and outside speakers, sturdy steps, screen door and much more. Light and easy to haul plus we are including a sway bar for safe and easy towing.

Only reason we want to sale is the health of my husband. I don't want to haul and do the setup by myself anymore so we are considering a camper van. But honestly, we have been spoiled by this trailer because it is perfect for a couple or small family! Would buy it again if we were younger and both in good physical condition.
