New tires and house batteries, fresh oil change in engine and generator. I’ve owned it for 3 years and only selling due to limited time to use it. Drives great and easy to set up. Generator is strong and will run both a/c’s, washer/drier, tv’s etc all while cruising down the road. Inside has 2 tv’s, washer/dryer, power front windshield shade, electric powered bed above front seats, pull out bed, dinette bed, rv king in bedroom, double sliding doors to bathroom area, 2 ducted a/c’s and much more. Outdoor sink, refrigerator, tv and shower with locking compartments all the way around. Awnings over both slide outs for added protection. Lots of sleeping arrangement options and tons of storage inside and out. The triton v10 runs strong and easily tows a car or trailer. Everything works as it should and there’s some minor cosmetic wear. I recently replaced the windshield due to a rock chip in the lower corner and I replaced the automatic step control. There are some spots on the front seats and couch where the outer layer is tearing/flaking (typical of rv furniture, can be covered) There’s some cracks in some of the decals on the exterior but overall it’s in good shape. I have always kept it stored in a rv carport so that it’s protected from the elements.
