We have enjoyed this unit because it has a separate bedroom with its own air conditioner. Queen size bed with upgraded mattress. It also has an outdoor sink, refrigerator, and bbq. The full sized L shaped kitchen and living area is spacious. The unit is in good condition. Minor and expected exterior wear, most notably, the left side plastic wheel cover is missing. All systems are operational to include air conditioners, heater, water heater, pluming, electricity, awning, lights, etc. Outdoor fluorescent night lighting. Electric awning and stabilizers. I'll throw in slide out stantions. Furion entertainmnet system. Smart TV in the living room. TV hooks ups in the bedroom and outside. Lots of interior storage space. We bought this trailer in Southern California and used it sparsely, alternating between 3 trips to Palm Desert and 3 trips to San Diego, and one extended stay in Arizona before hauling it to our new home in Ogden, UT.
