Older, but very roomy fifth wheel. Everything works well. We have been very comfortable since we took out the RV furniture and replaced with residential chairs. 
AC is 2 years old. I painted a lot of things and laid new linoleum flooring. Also updated the steps. I am just a weekend DYI, so it might not be up to your standards. Delivery could be an option.
